Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) box lemon jello
1 3/4 c. boiling water
3 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
1 c. celery (chopped fine)
2 Tbsp. green pepper (chopped)
2 Tbsp. onion (chopped)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef hash
Preparation

Dissolve
Jell-O
in
boiling
water;
chill.
Blend in chopped
eggs,
celery,
green peppers and onions.
Mix mayonnaise and
corned
beef
together
and add to gelatin mixture. Spread a small amount of mayonnaise in the bottom and sides of a 9
x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Add mixture and refrigerate overnight. Serves 8 to 10.
