Roast Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. pork roast
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 c. apple juice
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 carrot, sliced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix flour and apple juice in baking dish.
    Place roast and liquid in a 10 x 16-inch cooking bag.
    Add vegetables and seasonings.
    Close bag.
    Make 6 (1/2-inch) slits in top of bag and bake in baking dish for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
