Oatmeal Scotchies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. oats (uncooked)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
In large bowl, combine butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla; beat until creamy.
Gradually add flour mixture to large bowl.
Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels.
Drop by level measuring tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 7 to 10 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
