Shrimp Sherry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. broccoli flowers
    1 c. bell pepper strips
    1 c. onion strips
    1 c. snow peas
    1 lb. peeled shrimp
    chicken broth
    cornstarch
    sherry
Preparation
    Saute
    vegetables
    and\tshrimp in butter, individually. Set aside
    in warm oven.
    To chicken broth made from bouillon cubes, add
    some
    cornstarch
    and a couple of good \"glugs\" of sherry. Cook
    until
    thickened.
    Put all ingredients together and
    add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve over rice.
    (Amounts are strictly determined by number of people to be served.)
