Sliced Baked Potatoes(Yummy) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes (same size)
1 tsp. salt
sprinkle of pepper
2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. herbs (fresh or dried)
4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Lay potato on cutting board, using handle of wooden spoon as stopper, slice potato almost through, thin.
Place potatoes in baking dish, fan slightly to open slices, and salt and pepper. Sprinkle with herbs such as parsley, thyme, chives or dill (we like chives and dill).
Drizzle with butter or margarine.
