Green Pea And Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen petits pois
3 green onions (some tops), thinly sliced
Horseradish Cream Dressing
1 tart green apple (unpeeled), chopped
4 to 5 slices bacon, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
Preparation

Rinse peas in colander until just thawed.
Drain thoroughly. Combine the peas, apple and onions and toss lightly with Horseradish Cream Dressing.
Chill.
Fry bacon until crisp and drain.
At serving time, garnish the salad with the bacon.
