Seven Minute Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. corn syrup
    3 egg whites, at room temperature (a must)
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. light Karo syrup
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in top of double cooking pot over cold water.
    Turn on stove to medium-high heat.
    Beat continuously with electric mixer until frosting stands in peaks, approximately 7 minutes.
    Spread on cake.
