Tricky Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    small amount garlic
Preparation
    Grate onion and green pepper.
    Stir into rice.
    Add salt, pepper and tiny bit of garlic.
    Using fork, stir lightly through ground meat.
    Form into ball the size of walnut.
    Add 1/2 cup water to tomato soup and heat baking pan.
    Drop balls into hot soup and bake 1 hour.
