Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. apricot nectar
    1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Cook above until boiling.
    Remove from heat; add 2 tablespoons oleo and 1/2 cup pecans.
    Pour mixture over sweet potatoes.
    Can make night before.
    Heat in oven at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbling.
