Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 gal. tomatoes, peeled and dead ripe
    3 c. vinegar
    5 large onions
    4 or 5 hot green peppers
    4 or 5 bell peppers
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. mixed pickling spices (put spices in white cloth)
Preparation
    Skin tomatoes.
    Place in jars; seal.
    Place jars in roaster pan with water around the bottom of jar.
    Place in oven 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Turn oven off and let cool.
    Pretty!
