Baked Corn With Cornbread Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 or 17 oz.) can whole kernel corn (juice included)
    1 (16 or 17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream or 1/2 pt. low-fat cottage cheese
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Bake, uncovered, in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until golden brown.
