Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 envelope gelatin
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. lemon peel
1 c. lemon juice
4 egg yolks
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
2 Tbsp. orange liquor
4 egg whites, beaten
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Cook on low and heat until bubbly, stirring until thickened.
Cover with Saran Wrap.
Cool and then chill.
Fold in whipped cream, orange liquor and beaten egg whites.
