Impossible Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (7 oz.) can coconut
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Blend sugar and flour.
    Add to eggs along with milk, vanilla and coconut.
    Turn into 2 greased 9-inch pie pans. This mixture forms its own crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
