Coconut Angel Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    4 egg yolks
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. warm water
    4 egg whites
    1 can coconut
    1 large Cool Whip
Preparation
    Slice cake 1/2-inch thick.
    Set aside.
    Mix sugar and flour. Add milk and beaten egg yolks.
    Cook over medium heat until coats spoon.
    Dissolve gelatin in warm water.
    Pour gelatin in custard. Cool in refrigerator about 1 hour.
    Beat egg whites; fold into cooled custard.
