Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix sugar and salad oil; add eggs.
Stir well.
Combine next 5 ingredients; stir into oil mixture until smooth.
Add carrots and pecans.
Pour into 3 greased 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
