Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. margarine
    6 tsp. chicken bouillon
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Boil first 7 ingredients in large soup pot for 30 minutes. Beat milk and flour until smooth; slowly stir into vegetable pot and simmer 15 to 30 minutes.
    Add Cheddar cheese, mustard and pepper.
