Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 (15 oz.) can sauerkraut
4 thick slices Swiss or Cheddar cheese
8 oz. Russian dressing
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder (if desired).
Place chicken in casserole dish and pour in sauerkraut.
Place cheese on top of chicken, then pour dressing on top.
Cover with foil and bake about 45 minutes, depending on thickness of chicken.
You can add potatoes to casserole for a 1 dish meal.
It may look terrible, but it tastes great!
