Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mandarin oranges
    1 (15 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
    1 (15 oz.) can fruit cocktail
    1/2 c. coconut (optional)
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 pkg. instant pudding (lemon)
Preparation
    Partially drain all fruit.
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Stir in pudding mix (dry).
    Keep overnight in refrigerator.
    Stir once before serving.
