Matthew Celeberto'S Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 slices bread
    5 to 6 eggs
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Pour scalded milk over bread and let stand.
    In a separate bowl, mix together all other ingredients.
    Then combine with bread and milk.
    Pour into a greased casserole.
    Stand casserole in a plate of water.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for an hour or more.
