Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 stick melted butter
    1 c. water
    3 c. cooked turkey
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chives, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine stuffing mix, butter and water.
    Mix lightly.
    Put 1/2 of the mixture in bottom of buttered casserole dish.
    Combine turkey, onion, chives, celery, mayonnaise and salt.
    Put on top of first mixture.
    Beat eggs and add milk.
    Pour over all. Sprinkle with other half of stuffing mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking.
    Spread top with mushroom soup.
    Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Return to oven and bake another 10 minutes.
    Use a 12 x 8-inch casserole dish.
    Serves 8.
