Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten well
1 c. Wesson canola oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk in which 1 1/2 tsp. soda is dissolved
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. plain flour
1 c. cooked prunes, chopped and cooled
1 c. chopped English walnuts
Preparation

Mix and beat together the eggs.
Add Wesson canola oil, sugar, buttermilk and soda mixture, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla, flour, prunes and English walnuts.
Pour into a well greased and lightly floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 48 minutes. Let set in pan for 10 minutes and then turn out.
