Creamy Lime Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. small new potatoes, scrubbed
    salt
    1/4 c. fresh lime juice
    3/4 tsp. grated lime peel
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/2 c. minced red onion
    1 (8 oz.) container plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (can substitute with low-fat)
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Place potatoes and 1 teaspoon salt in water to cover in large saucepot.
    Bring to boil over medium-high heat and cook until potatoes are just tender, 15 minutes.
    Drain.
    Cool 15 minutes.
