Weight Watchers Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
    1 large onion, chopped
    8 oz. Muenster cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thaw spinach and squeeze all water out. Saute onion in oil. Add spinach. Cook until all moisture is out. Beat eggs real good. Add cheese to spinach mixture.
    Pour into lightly sprayed 10-inch dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
