Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant, peeled and sliced
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash eggplant; peel and slice.
    Brown ground beef in skillet and drain well.
    In shallow baking dish, spread small amount of spaghetti sauce mixture on bottom; alternate layer of eggplant then sauce, ending with sauce.
    Last sprinkle Parmesan cheese on sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until eggplant is tender when pierced with fork.
