Bay Country Crab Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef with bone or 1 lb. beef cubes
    3 qt. water
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 large stalks celery, chopped
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 pkg. frozen mixed soup vegetables
    1 1/2 lb. crabmeat
Preparation
    Put first 8 ingredients in large pan and simmer, covered, until meat is tender, about 3 hours.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, until vegetables are tender.
