Hawaiian Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 large sweet potatoes, cooked or 2 1/2 c. canned potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. Pet or Velvet Carnation milk
1/2 can (4 oz.) Angel Flake coconut
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
butter (optional)
Preparation

Cream potatoes and add other ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Ten minutes before taking out of oven, fix topping.
