Fresh Banana Bundt Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (3)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add bananas, eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
Mix flour, baking soda and salt.
Add to first mixture and blend.
Add sour cream.
Beat until blended.
Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes; invert.
