Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 c. apples, pared and finely chopped
    1 c. All-Bran
Preparation
    Blend and beat sugar and margarine until fluffy.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Stir in apples, bran and flour (sifted), baking soda, spices and salt.
    Spread in well-greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
