Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 medium zucchini, medium sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. low-fat Polish sausage or kielbasa, sliced
    cooked pasta (6 oz. uncooked)
Preparation
    Saute sliced zucchini and onion in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except pasta.
    Cook on medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes or until zucchini is cooked.
    Stir in cooked pasta (pasta bows make this a pretty dish).
    Let flavors mix for at least 5 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 4.
