Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. grated carrots
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add carrots, nuts, salad oil and beaten eggs.
    Bake in 2 layers or loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes for layers and 40 to 50 minutes for loaf.
    Cool cake and frost.
