Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 tsp. oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 garlic, minced
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 c. instant rice
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Spray skillet.
    Add eggs on low heat without stirring.
    Let eggs set.
    Break up with fork.
    Remove and reserve.
    Combine 2 onions and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce; cook and stir until onions are golden brown.
    Add remaining ingredients and heat to a boil. Reduce and simmer for 1 minute.
    Stir in egg.
    Remove, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
