Garden Fresh Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can Pillsbury refrigerated All Ready pizza crust
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced Provolone cheese, cut into thin strips
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    1 c. tomato, peeled, seeded, chopped and drained
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 medium pepper (if desired)
    4 oz. (1 c.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Prepare pizza crust according to package directions, using a 12-inch pizza pan.
    Place Provolone cheese over prepared crust.
    In a small bowl, combine Ricotta cheese and egg; carefully spread over Provolone.
    Spoon tomatoes over cheese mixture; top with mushrooms and green peppers.
