Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. lukewarm water
    6 or 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of water and add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
    Cream shortening and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
    Add yeast mixture, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 cups of lukewarm water and flour.
    Put in refrigerator and pinch off as needed.
    Let rise about 2 hours and bake approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
