Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. zwieback crumbs (5 or 6 cookies)
    2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together and spread over top.
    Bake 5 minutes longer at 475\u00b0.
