Crab Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter/margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium garlic clove, pressed
1/2 c. Wondra flour
3/4 c. milk
1/4 pt. whipping cream
dash of paprika
1 Tbsp. Cheez Whiz
1 medium jar sliced pimento
1/2 lb. lump crabmeat
Preparation

Melt butter in medium skillet.
Saute vegetables and garlic until tender.
To make cream and sauce; add flour and milk; cook to proper consistency.
Add whipping cream.
Add chopped, sauteed vegetables to cream sauce with dash of paprika.
Add Cheez Whiz and pimentos.
Stir in lump crabmeat.
Taste for proper seasoning. Pour in a round casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
Serve hot.
