Grandma Cole'S Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 c. chicken, cooked and cut fine
    2 c. bread crumbs (3 c. crumbs to 8 c. chicken)
    1/4 c. green pepper, cut fine
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. chicken broth
    parsley to taste
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place in pan and press down.
    Let set overnight in refrigerator.
    Cut in slices, dip in egg and cracker crumbs and fry to light brown.
    Serves 10 to 12.
