Spinach Pie Parma - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 c. seasoned croutons, crushed
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. sour cream
3/8 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Preparation

Combine margarine and enough croutons to line 10-inch pie plate.
Combine 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and remaining ingredients. Spoon into crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/8 cup of Parmesan cheese.
Serves 6 to 8.
