Ketchup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    48 medium tomatoes
    2 ripe red peppers
    2 ripe green peppers
    4 onions
    3 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    3 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 1/2 tsp. whole clove
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon stick, broken
Preparation
    Quarter tomatoes; remove stems.
    Cut pepper into strips. Slice onions.
    Blend in blender until soft.
    Pour in large pot. Add vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard, red pepper and spice wrapped in a spice cloth.
    Simmer in a slow oven on 325\u00b0 until shrinks in half.
    Remove spice cloth.
    Pour into hot jars.
    Process 10 minutes.
    Makes 5 pints.
    Cook in oven approximately 7 more hours.
