Turkey Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. each onion and celery
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) condensed cream of potato soup
    2 cans (16 1/2 oz. each) cream-style corn
    2 c. chopped, cooked turkey
    2 c. turkey stock or 1 can chicken broth plus half can water
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley (optional)
Preparation
    In large pot, saute
    onion
    and
    celery in butter until celery is almost tender.
    Add
    potato soup, corn, turkey stock or chicken broth, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
    Stirring constantly,
    bring to boil.
    Reduce
    heat;
    add
    turkey
    and
    parsley. Simmer 5 minutes or until turkey is heated.\tMakes 8 servings.
