Cranberry Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. chopped cranberries (coarse)
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda. Combine egg, grated orange peel, orange juice and salad oil.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
    Bake in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until done.
    Remove from pan; cool.
    Store overnight.
