No Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sugar
4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. water
1 egg
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt and flour in a bowl.
Add shortening; mix well.
Beat together the egg, water and vinegar; add to flour mixture.
Mix until well moistened.
Chill at least 15 minutes before using.
