Sour Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shortbread cookie crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 c. Eagle Brand sweetened milk
    4 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 (21 oz.) can Comstock cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine crumbs and butter.
    Press firmly in bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
    In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
    Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
    Beat in eggs, then sour cream and last vanilla. Pour into pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
    Center will be slightly soft.
    Cool, chill and top with cherry pie filling.
