Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    pie crust, unbaked
    1 small bottle Karo syrup
    6 eggs, beaten
    4 c. pecans
Preparation
    In large saucepan, mix sugar, Karo syrup and butter.
    Heat until boiling; let boil 3 minutes.
    Add pecans to syrup mixture, bringing to a boil again.
    Remove from heat and mix in eggs.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours.
