Date Nut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
2 Tbsp. milk or cream
3 c. Rice Krispies (or more)
1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
-
Stir all ingredients together, except coconut.
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Let cool enough to handle.
Form into balls; roll in coconut.
