Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes.
    Gradually add sugar. Stir in pumpkin.
    Add lemon juice.
    Sift in dry ingredients.
    Fold into pumpkin mixture.
    Grease and flour jelly roll pan or line with wax paper.
    Add batter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
