Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour (plain)
    3 c. fresh chopped apples
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar and eggs all together well in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients (except apples, nuts and raisins) and stir until mixed.
    Fold in apples, nuts and raisins.
    Bake in 3 layers (9-inch pan) at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
