Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. water
3/4 c. sour cream (dairy)
Preparation

In large bowl, mix thoroughly the beef, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, egg and milk. Refrigerate 2 hours.
