Spinach And Mushroom Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. small onion
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 bag spinach (1 1/2 portions)
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 pt. heavy cream
    1/2 egg yolk
    pinch of nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. chicken stock
    seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Get a pan hot.
    Add whole butter; fizzle in.
    Add chopped onion immediately.
    Saute awhile, the longer the better, without burning.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cook awhile longer.
    Add more butter, then add cleaned spinach.
    Cook until spinach swelling goes down, then add heavy cream.
    Cook until looks semi-thick.
    Add nutmeg, egg yolk, Parmesan cheese and chicken stock.
    Season with pepper and a tab of salt.
    Serve on your favorite pasta.
    Linguini works well.
