Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach souffle, thawed
3 to 4 dashes lemon pepper
garlic powder and salt to taste
12 to 18 fresh mushrooms, stems removed and dipped in melted butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix together the souffle, lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt. Remove mushroom stems and dip in melted butter; chop stems finely. Add minced onion and saute in 3 tablespoons of butter until soft. Mix with spinach mixture.
Fill mushroom caps until slightly rounded.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 until filling is set and golden (12 to 15 minutes).
