Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 15 eggs, separate whites and yolks
    3 c. sugar
    1/5 bottle 100 proof
    1 pt. whipping cream
    whole milk (as much as desired)
    small amount of salt
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks in large bowl until light colored.
    Add to yolks the sugar and beat until sugar dissolves.
    Add 100 proof slowly to egg yellows.
    While beating, add whipping cream (without beating). Add whole milk (as much as desired).
    Beat egg whites stiff and add a small amount of salt.
    Pour egg whites on top of yolk mixture and cut in.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top of each glass as your serve it. Drink and be merry.
